Nokia will be opening their own content store very soon! Called the Ovi Store, this will be a venue not just for users to find relevant content; it also functions as a means for developers to publish applications and other content. The Ovi website still has a coming soon splash page, which means that developers still have time to work on applications they’d like to publish! The self-service tool allows anyone to easily distribute and monetize applications and content to Nokia users around the globe. Supported content types include Flash applications, widgets, themes, wallpapers, ringtones, J2ME, and content for Nokia S60 and Series 40 devices.
