The rumored Apple Tablet may turn out to be not just a rumor after all. According to Mashable, the Financial Times reported that Apple is rushing to release the device into the market in time for Christmas. Looking at the features and design, it seems to be more like a large iPod Touch than anything. The Apple Tablet is said to have a touch-sensitive screen that’s up to ten inches diagonally, with the same wireless connectivity and ability to download media through iTunes as the iPod Touch. It might also possibly support eBooks, making it a viable contender to the Amazon Kindle. No release date has been announced yet, but it may be out as early as September. Stay tuned!
