? Manulife Asia Dynamic Bond Feeder Fund invests in a variety of fixed-income securities from Asian issuers and aims to generate income by taking advantage of interest rate, credit, and currency opportunities within a risk-controlled approach.

? Manulife Global Preferred Income Feeder Fund aims to provide regular income distribution and long-term capital growth by investing in preferred securities traded in any regulated market worldwide. Preferred securities combine features of stocks and bonds, giving investors the best of both worlds. They also have a low correlation with other asset classes, meaning they can offer attractive returns even when other assets are declining.

Manulife Global REIT Feeder Fund aims to provide regular income distribution and long-term capital growth by investing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) listed or traded in any regulated market worldwide. REITs are companies that own or finance income-generating real estate properties, such as office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, and warehouses. They offer investors exposure to the real estate sector without having to buy or manage properties themselves.

Manulife’s Asia Pacific REIT Fund of Funds, which invests in a mix of exchange-listed REITs in the Asia Pacific region, will keep its semi-annual payouts but will have a lower minimum investment amount of Php 1,000 starting March 2023.

Investors can get their monthly income payouts through their bank accounts or add them to their funds for more growth over time. Income payouts below PHP 100 or US$20 will be automatically added to investors’ funds to help them earn more income over time.
