Good news for Globe users. Their website has just been updated with a lot of new features . You can change your plan, ask for help and even pay bills directly on the portal.

Check out www.globe.com.ph. If you own a Postpaid account, click on Login at the upper-right hand side of the screen. This will take you to the login page. You can log in using your registered email address and password and select Add New Account.

If you have not previously registered any email address, start with their main page www.globe.com.ph. Click on Register found at the upper-right area of the screen and fill in all necessary fields. Click Submit when done and remember to use the same email address and password whenever you want to log in.

1. What’s new about the Globe website?

Our website has now become more interactive and more user-friendly! We’ve added several dimensions to our customer support portal,making every customer’s visit to the site more results-oriented than ever before!

2. What are some of the changes you have made?

This time around, whenever a customer visits our site, he or she gets to do more than just browse. They can now engage in services that were only previously available to Globe Stores such as paying bills, enrolling and viewing account/s, checking on current billing statements, and finding answers to frequently asked questions about our other services and products.

3. Why change your website?

Change is always good! The changes we’ve made can be considered a positive one; a change that our customers will come to like as they continue to use our products and services. We want our customers to have the best online experience, becausewe are more than aware that theyare quite busy people. These changes are geared toward their convenience to complement their varied lifestyles.

4. What new features will I see?

We have made a host of changes for every customer’s utmost convenience, here are some of them: when you select the last tab titled Help and Support, you will see clickable portions under Postpaid, Prepaid, Dataand Tech. Each of these segments has its own sub-section showcasing commonly requested inquiries a customer would normally call the hotline for. By making these sections available, we hope to address your inquiries right at the time of your visit to our website.

5. Do I need to be logged in to access the new features?

There’s no need for you to log in if you only have to get information on products and services. However, for security purposes, we will require you to log in if you want to access your account information or request for account modification.


6. How do I login?What login credentials should I use?

You can log in using your current login credentials or you may use login credentials of your Facebook, Google or Yahoo account.

7. What will happen when I click on one of the sub-sections under Postpaid?

The Postpaid bar is for our customers who maintain a monthly billable subscription with Globe. There are 8 sub-sections under the Postpaid bar; these sections are the most-inquired about, based on extensive research of our customer’s inquiry habits. Selecting one of these sections will reveal sets ofquestions a customer really wanted to ask but didn’t have the luxury of time to do so. The answers provided in these sections are straight forward and extensively cover information about our products and services, laid out in an easy-to-read format.

To give you an overall view, these are the 8 sections under Postpaid:

    • Plans – contains information about the different subscription plans that we offer
    • Billing – is where you’ll find information on how to understand parts of your billing statement. This section also gives you the option to enroll in our paperless billing option.
    • Int’l. Roaming – tells you how to use our services when outside the country
    • Handset options – showcases a wide variety of available handsets you can choose from when applying for a new line
    • Rewards – provides answers to questions that you might have about our loyalty program (e.g., how toearn points and what to redeem)
    • Promos – gives you a list of the call, text, combo and surfing promos we offer
    • Share-A-Load – contains easy-to-follow instructions on how to send prepaid load/credits to other Globe/TM mobile numbers
    • GCASH –contains information about the various transactions you can do with a mobile wallet

The Prepaid bar, on the other hand, is for our customers who maintain accounts that are loadable on a need-to-use basis. The Prepaid bar covers 7 areas that our customers frequently ask about. Each of these sections open up to a whole new range of questions commonly associated with the listed topic/s.

To give you an overall view, these are the 7 sections under Prepaid:

    • Rewards – where you’ll find answers to questions about our loyalty program (e.g., how to earn points and what to redeem)
    • Promos – gives you a list of the call, text, combo and surfing promos we offer
    • Downloads – if you’re looking for the latest apps, games, tones and other value-added services,you can find them here.
    • AutoloadMax – provides information on our electronic load service
    • Share-A-Load – provides instructions on how to send prepaid load/credits to other Globe/TM mobile numbers
    • GCASH – informs you of the various transactions you can do with a mobile wallet
    • GROAM – informs you how to use our services when outside the country

9. I want to change my plan, can I do that here?

Yes you can! We had this in mind when we revamped the support portal. When you are logged in, simply go to My Account, and thenselect View Account and then click on Send A Request to submit your request. A dedicated team will process your request accordingly.

10. Help! My first billing statement just arrived and I think I need a tutorial. Where do I go?

Inside the Billing portion under Postpaid you will find a sub-section labeled Bill Tutorial. This is where you will find answers to questions you might have regarding your monthly statement of account.

11. I can’t find the topic I am looking for. What do I do?

You may search for that topic by typing a word or keywords that you feel are related to it in the field box located at the upper portion of the page. After you click on Search, you will then be redirected to the page containing the information you are looking for.

12. How do I enroll my account?
